Return Policy

We Want You to be Satisfied.
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully. We are pleased to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 15 days after you receive your order. Items that are personalized may not be returned unless:

1) The item is defective. You must report a defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

2) There is an error on the personalization that is the fault of WhereBridesGo.com. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the items matches the personalization information we received on your order, we cannot accept the item(s) for return.



All merchandise returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee. However, if you receive any product from our store which is manufacturer defective or is damaged during shipment, we will immediately exchange the unusable product for you without charge.

Items in non-resalable condition or that cannot be resold for other reasons (i.e. food products, rose petals, or personalized products) may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment. Disposable cameras and other dated items are not returnable. Additionally, items purchased at discount pricing or closeout prices may not be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged during shipment.

How to Return an Item
You must contact us at info@wherebridesgo.com or 866-515-9385. Please provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) by our customer service representative. Clearly mark your RAN number on every package being returned. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item within 10 business days of issuing the RAM number. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country.

Returns sent to MSW Interactive Designs LLC without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
