We Want You to be 100% Satisfied.
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully.
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges on unopened, non-personalized and non-dated items up to 15 days after you receive your order.
We DO ACCEPT returns on personalized merchandise if:
- The item is defective or damaged. You must report a defective item within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
- There is an error on the personalization that is the fault of WhereBridesGo.com. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization exactly as you want it to appear on your item.
How to Return an Item
Please contact us at email@example.com or 866-515-9385. Provide your order number, name, item(s) for which you are requesting a return, and the reason you want to return them. You will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN) by our customer service representative. Clearly mark your RAN number on every package being returned. All returns should be repackaged in the original shipping carton including packing materials and contents, and shipped to the address below via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We must receive the returned item within 15 business days of issuing the RAN. This 10 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive via UPS or Insured Parcel post from anywhere in the country.

Returns sent to MSW Interactive Designs LLC without the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER clearly marked on the package, or after the ten (10) day time period provided for shipment of returned merchandise has expired, will not be accepted. Unaccepted items will be returned at the senders expense.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
