Shipping Information


Please read this shipping information carefully. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Orders over $100 shipped to an address in the continental US will receive free regular ground shipping for qualifying products. Our regular $3.95 packaging/handling fee applies to ALL orders and will be added to your order in the shipping line during the checkout process. Items requiring expedited shipping do not qualify for our free shipping offer.

  2. A base packaging/handling fee is added to all orders, so your basic shipping charges for qualifying products break out as follows:

  3. On time delivery of your order is extremely important to us! Please be sure to provide your wedding date and/or date by which you need your items, so we can contact you if rush shipping is needed. There is a field to provide this information during the checkout process. Depending on where you are located in the US, this means you can expect your order within 7-10 business days if shipping regular ground. This does not include weekends and holidays. Some personalized items may take longer. Please place your orders in a timely manner so you have plenty of time to receive your merchandise before your wedding.

  4. Some items may ship direct from our distributor so we can continue to offer the lowest possible prices to our customers. Because of this, it is possible that items in your order may arrive in separate boxes on different days.

  5. During the hot summer months, WE ARE REQUIRED BY OUR SUPPLIERS to ship ALL CANDLE PRODUCTS AND CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS 2ND DAY AIR. The store DOES NOT calculate this at checkout because 2nd day air rates vary by your location, however it WILL BE ADDED to your order and charged to your credit card. If you do not agree to this, do not order candle products and chocolate products from our website during summer months. If you want an estimate of the charges for this ahead of time, please feel free to call us at 866-515-9385 or send an email to service@wherebridesgo.com. There are no exceptions to this policy.

  6. Shipping charges are never refundable.

  7. Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipping : We will ship orders internationally. However, the international shipping rates can sometimes be higher than the cost of the merchandise ordered, so please send email to info@wherebridesgo.com regarding estimated shipping costs. The additional shipping charges WILL billed to your card separately. The package recipient will be responsible for any duties imposed by customs. We reserve the right to decline and cancel any international order that we deem suspicious.

    We DO SHIP to Alaska and Hawaii. However, additional shipping charges will apply. The storefront does not add this extra charge automatically because the 2nd day air shipping charges vary. We will calculate the shipping when we receive the order and contact you directly regarding extra shipping charges that may be applied to your order.


  8. Sales Tax : 7.725% sales tax is charged for Missouri residents only.

  9. Overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select
    Rush delivery is available on most items. It's not an option to select rush shipping during checkout. We prefer that you contact us directly after you checkout and make this request. Here's why...

    Our goal is to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Depending on where you are a located related to where we are shipping the items from, UPS Ground may take only single day where other brides may require an overnight shipping upgrade based on their location. We can determine this when you contact us for the upgrade.

    Additionally, since UPS calculates AIR rates by the weight and size of the shipping box, the rates can vary greatly depending the items in your order. We do everything possible to package your items in a way to minimize the additional fees.

If you get our voice response system, our customer service representatives are on other lines. Leave a voice message, and one of our team members will return your call promptly. Please include the item numbers and quantity, plus the date by which you need the order. One of our service representatives will check the availability of the items for rush shipping and will let you know what extra shipping charges will apply to your order.
