Andrea Norris & Josh Kline
Wedding Location: Dallas, TX
Wedding Date: March 14, 2009

About Us:
We both have full time jobs, we love spending whatever time we can with each other. This is Andrea's first year teaching history after graduating from SMU in Dallas, and she absolutely loves allowing her passion to shine every day. Josh likes playing video games (Andrea joins in playing the Nintendo Wii), Andrea likes to scrapbook if she can find time and has a passion for dancing, and we both enjoy playing board games, watching movies, and playing paintball together. We thank God for giving us each other and are so thankful for each moment spent together.

Josh told me that his brother, who works on airplane parts, received a free airplane ride from work, but decided to give it to us for Josh's birthday (7/12). So, on the 11th we took a tiny airplane ride. We flew past downtown, Love Field, over my parents' house, and then over Josh's house. When we flew over Josh's house, I saw something unusual in the field by his house. I asked Josh what it was and he responded with I don't know, you tell me. I looked down and read a HUGE sign on the ground that read:
Andrea Will You Marry Me? Of course, I started crying and then laughing as I was truly speechless and shaking my head yes. He had the ring out in front of me and shaking, I took my promise ring off and replaced it with my beautiful engagement ring.
To make the sign Josh used fence panels painted red with white letters. Each letter was 6 ft tall so that we could easily read it from the sky. That's a
12x12 ft sign that he spent hours painting. I could not have imagined a better situation. He never ceases to amaze me!

Our wedding is pretty low key, yet still elegant. We do not believe weddings need to be a huge production, to be incredibly successful! We really want it to be a time that our friends and families get together to celebrate this time with us. We are the theme. We are getting married at our church, Cochran Chapel UMC in Dallas, which is the oldest church in Dallas. Our reception hall is Sons of Hermann Hall which has a great history to it. The great history to our locations fits us perfectly as I am history teacher who values the past to move us forward. We have many different elements that are unique to us and nuances that we know our friends and families will enjoy.
