Where Brides Go® Featured Engagements About Us: We met each other at work and I fell in love with him the first time I saw him. Our engagement story: Well, we had just finished hanging out with his parents and were heading home when my fiancée was like I need to get cat food for our cat so we stopped my Safeway and got cat food. Well while I was in the bathroom he bought a card (story behind in the card is every anniversary we give each other cards). So we get home and I am getting ready to go to my place for the night and I go into his roommate's room to see him writing something so I ask him what he was doing and he told me that he was doing the bills for the month but actually he was writing in the card so I go into his room and packing somethings and he tossed the card on the bed before I could see it. I pick up the card thinking it was from last month but when I opened it, it wasn't that card so I start reading it and it read, "The last couple weeks have been hard and stressful but we stuck together, and life is uncertain but happiness is certain with you will you do the great honor and be my wife?" He got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. |
